Barbequed Chicken Strips

These are delicious, with a light smokey taste

1 lb  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp  Liquid smoke

3/4 tsp  25% less sodium Montreal chicken seasoning

1/4 c +2T Barbeque sauce, divided

Preheat broiler or grill.  Cut chicken into strips.  Place in a bowl; combine with liquid smoke, seasoning and 1/4 cup barbeque sauce.  Place chicken on a broiler or grill;  cook about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.  Top with remaining barbeque sauce.

Serves 4.  Per serving:  170 calories, 4 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 79 mg cholesterol, 370 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 25 g protein.
