Chicken Strips

This will be a family favorite!

1 lb  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders

1/4 c All-purpose flour

2 T Margarine

2 T Red wine vinegar

1 tsp Dried basil

Honey or BBQ sauce, if desired

Place chicken strips and flour in a large resealable bag.  Shake to coat chicken.  Melt margarine in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken; sauté  for 5 minutes.  Stir in the vinegar and basil; cook until chicken is no longer pink.  Serve with honey or BBQ sauce as a dip, if desired.

Serves 4.  Per serving without condiments:  216 calories, 4 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 79 mg cholesterol, 253 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 25 g protein.
