Greek Turkey Burger
1 lb Extra lean ground turkey
1 c Firmly packed fresh spinach, chopped
1 T Bread crumbs
1/3 c Crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp Oregano leaves
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Olive oil
4 T Low fat mayonnaise
1 Cucumber, sliced
4 Whole grain hamburger buns
Combine turkey, chopped spinach, bread crumbs, feta, oregano, pepper and olive oil in mixing bowl. Form 4 burgers. Grill, broil or pan fry burgers, turning once, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Top each burger with 1 T low fat mayonnaise and cucumber slices. Serve on buns.
Serves 4. Per serving: 326 calories, 11 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 58 mg cholesterol, 502 mg sodium, 30 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 33 g protein.
