Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich

A little flavor of the tropics!

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, flattened to uniform thickness

2 tsp Dill weed

20 oz  Can pineapple slices in juice, drained

4 Part skim mozzarella cheese slices (1oz each)

1 T Low fat mayonnaise

4 Wheat hamburger buns

Preheat grill or broiler.  Sprinkle dill weed on chicken breasts.  Broil or grill chicken, about 4 minutes per side, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.  Put a slice of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast immediately, allow it to melt.  Spread a thin coat of low fat mayonnaise on each bun.  Assemble sandwich, 2 pineapple slices, chicken breast with cheese on each bun.

Serves 4.  Per serving:  382 calories, 10 g fat, 90 mg cholesterol, 482 mg sodium, 34 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 37 g protein.
