Margarita Chicken Flatbread

A great low fat pizza option and easy with the Boboli crust!

1  Boboli Thin Pizza Crust

1 T Olive oil

1/2 tsp  Minced garlic

1/2 c  Sundried tomatoes

3/4 c  Fresh basil, chopped

1/2 c  Roasted chicken, cut up or shredded

3/4 c  Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh ground pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Place pizza crust on pizza pan.  Spread olive oil over the crust.  Put on remaining ingredients in order listed.  Bake for 8-10 minutes. 

Serves 4.  Per serving:  287 calories, 13 g fat, 5 g saturated fat, 26 mg cholesterol, 456 mg sodium, 27 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 17 g protein.
