Orange Roughy With Citrus Herb Salsa

Orange roughy on the grill, what a treat!

2 Medium oranges, peeled and finely chopped

3 T Sliced green onion

2T Chopped fresh parsley

2 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

2 tsp Finely shredded lemon zest

4 (6oz) Fresh or thawed orange roughy fillets, about 1/2 inch thick

Preheat broiler or grill.  In a small bowl, stir together oranges, green onions, parsley, rosemary, and lemon zest.  Cover and refrigerate until serving time.  Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.  Broil or grill fish for 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes, turning once.  Serve fish with orange mixture.
