Shrimp Scampi

3 T Butter

3 Cloves garlic

1 lb Raw shrimp

1/4 c White cooking wine

Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet, heat butter and garlic until sizzling.  Add shrimp, sauté quickly over high heat, 2-4 minutes.  Add white cooking wine, salt and pepper to taste.  The shrimp is done when opaque.  Serve over rice or pasta.
