Soft Steak Taco

This is a great "change of pace" taco!

1 tsp  Ground cumin

2 tsp  40% Less sodium taco seasoning

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

3/4 lb  Sirloin steak, cut into bite sized pieces

1  1/2 c Finely shredded romaine

1 Tomato, chopped

4 oz  Low fat shredded cheddar cheese

4 T Taco sauce

1/2 c  Fresh cilantro, chopped

4  Low carb, fat free multi grain tortillas

Mix seasonings in a medium bowl.  Add cut up steak, toss to coat evenly.  Heat a skillet over medium high heat.  Coat with nonstick spray.  Add the steak, cook 5 minutes, or until no longer pink.  Warm tortillas in the microwave.  Place each tortilla on a plate.  top it evenly with steak, romaine, tomato, cheese, taco sauce and cilantro.  Fold in half.

Serves 4.  Per serving:  287 calories, 15 g fat, 6 g saturated fat, 66 mg cholesterol, 505 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, 8 g fiber, 28 g protein.
