Tilapia
A delicious seafood recipe for you as lent starts.
4 Tilapia fillets
1/4 c Tartar sauce
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
Lemon wedges
Rinse fish and place in a microwave dish. Baste fish with tartar sauce. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with pepper and paprika; sprinkle over fish. Cover, microwave on "high" 6-7 minutes or until fish is flaky. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
Serves 4. Per serving: 206 calories, 10 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 212 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 20 g protein.
