Winter White Chili

It's getting cold, time for some chili!

1 lb Extra lean ground turkey

1/2 c Frozen chopped onion

1 tsp Ground cumin

2 tsp Chili powder

16 oz Can white beans, drained

14 oz Can corn, drained

14.5 oz Can chicken broth

4 oz Can diced chilies

In a large saucepan, brown turkey with onion, add cumin and chili powder; stir well.  Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.

Serves 6.  Per serving:  232 calories, 2 g fat, .5 g saturated fat, 45 mg cholesterol, 720 mg sodium, 31 g carbohydrate, 6 g fiber, 26 g protein.
